The customer assumes all responsibility for damages to any landscaping, surfaces, ground, or property at the delivery location. Green Coast Container will take every reasonable precaution to ensure the suitability of the drop site and safe placement of equipment. However, due to the weight of dumpsters and trucks, markings, cracks, or scratches to pavement, driveways, and other surfaces may occur.

To help prevent most issues, we recommend placing sheets of plywood or other protective materials over the intended dumpster drop location prior to delivery.

By scheduling a delivery, the customer acknowledges these risks and accepts responsibility for the condition of the drop location.

Prohibited Materials

For safety and environmental compliance, the following materials may not be placed in dumpsters or debris containers provided by Green Coast Container:

• Medical waste
• Liquids or chemicals of any kind
• Flammable materials
• Asbestos
• Tires
• Paints
• Pesticides

If prohibited materials are discovered in a dumpster, additional fees may apply for removal, disposal, or regulatory handling.
